. WE ARE STILL HERE!! We have moved our office and now working remotely. All mail must be directed to our PO Box 200065, Arlington, TX 76006. All Sessions should be submitted to our office by PDF via DropBox https://www.dropbox.com/request/AX8hdZ1EI4VKdVFcNEpn or by email only. Payments can be mailed to the PO Box with a notation of Exam Date & Location or done by credit/debit card with Authorization Form provided by our office. Once PDF is submitted, originals are NOT required to be mailed to our office.
What to submit in your PDF:
a. Manifest
b. Passing 605 (front only)
c. Passing Exam Answer Sheet. Exam Series # must be shown on the Answer Sheet.
d. CSCE or license only for being used for license credit.
Current license copy and CSCE that you are issuing are not required in PDF.
During the office move, we have experienced major issues with transfer our office phone numbers to a phone system that can be answered by each of us remotely. These issues should be resolved soon. For now all correspondence should be done by email.

3. The Element 3 General Class Exam changed on July 1, 2023.
Please insure all old exams generated prior to July 1, 2023 are destroyed and new 2023 Exams are generated from ExamTools.
4. Exam Fees are still $14 with $7/$7 split however, Renewal Applications and Address Applications have a $10 W5YI-VEC Processing Fee. In addition, the FCC will also administer a $35 Application Fee for all New license Applications and Renewal Applications.
5. As a reminder, ALL 605's must have the following
a. Applicant's FRN
b. Applicant's email address
c. Basic Qualification Question answered
Missing information will delay processing of the Applicant to the FCC.
6. Follow-up on ALL your applicant's to ensure upgrades have been processed and granted by the FCC and that all your "New" license applicants have paid their $35 Application Fee with the FCC within 10 days of the Session being submitted to the FCC. a. Date & location of the session
b. Name of Applicant
c. Applicant FRN
7. Please remind ALL of your "NEW" applicants... DO NOT amend the application once it has been submitted to the FCC. IF there is an error, they should pay the FCC Application Fee and let the application grant as it was submitted. Once the license is issued, if there is an error(s) that need to be corrected, you or they can send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. Please note: phone number are not submitted to the FCC, they are only collected as a point of contact for the CVE & VEC Dept.
